Parking is subject to the following conditions which, by my payment, I agree to:
- Your vehicle may be parked for the duration of time purchased.
- We accept no responsibility for loss or damage to vehicle or contents while parked.
- We do not take custody of vehicle nor its contents but only rent parking space.
- Vehicles parked after paid time has expired may be given citation, fine, or be towed at Owner’s Expense.
- Failure to pay fine may result in vehicle being towed in the future.
- Unpaid parked vehicles may be towed at Owner’s Expense.
- These terms are non-Transferable.
